Carolyn retired in 2006 and sold the studio to her colleague of 24 years Lisa Hicks Sexton who currently owns and operates McConnell Twins Dance Studio at our new location, 3966 Landline Road. Lisa has over 40 years of dance experience including professional training with Dance Masters of America at Kent State University. We proudly carry on in the tradition of the McConnell Twins teaching the art and love of dance.

ABOUT US
McConnell Twins Dance Studio was originally started in Montgomery, Alabama in 1958 by identical twins, Carole and Lynn McConnell. They successfully owned and operated four studios in the Central Alabama area for over thirty years. In 1981, Lynn's daughter Carolyn moved to Selma and opened a branch of McConnell Twins on Broad Street.
